These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MoorPHS, a trusted plumbing and heating company based in Chesterfield, UK.

By booking or receiving any service from MoorPHS, you agree to the following:

1. Free Quotes & Surveys

All initial surveys and quotations are provided free of charge. Quotes based on photos or remote consultation are indicative only and may be subject to revision after a full on-site survey.


2. Pricing & Payment

Prices provided in your quotation are fixed and valid for 30 days. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept all major debit and credit cards with no extra fee. Finance options are available through third-party providers and are subject to approval.




3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance .Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a call-out fee.MoorPHS reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, emergencies, or stock delays.

4. Warranties & Service Plans

We offer free extended warranties of up to 15 years on select installations, covering parts, labour, and call-outs. Free annual servicing is available for up to 7 years on qualifying systems. All warranties and plans are subject to annual maintenance compliance and proper use of the system.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property during the scheduled appointment. Any existing faults not related to the system installed by MoorPHS will be highlighted and may incur additional charges if repair is requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoorPHS shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, extreme weather, or utility service failures. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party interference, neglect, or misuse of installed systems.


7. Data Protection

We comply with all UK GDPR and Data Protection laws. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.For more details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].


8. Complaints & Disputes

If you're not happy with our service, please contact us at 07863 713464 or via email at pricedennis@live.co.uk.We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. Formal disputes will be handled under UK consumer protection laws.
